Day 2 week 3

So today was a good day did my own training this morning at around 9am went for 60mins just some fitball and cardio/weights.. Had my shakes as normal snacked an apple had not much of an appetite.. Had some spag bowl bake for dinner and leafy greens :) was yummy! But had half of my normal serve.. Haven't had any bad side effects and I don't experience a dry mouth as bad as others mention.. Sometimes I don't think I'm drinking enough water! :( which is scary, anyone have tips on how to remember to take water.. Like the 2ltrs that are meant a day?

Was almost tempted to weigh myself but I will save it for Friday :)
3 sleeps til I get my treadmill!!! Yay!!

Remember YOU CAN THROW THE TOWEL IN or WORK HARDER AND USE IT TO WIPE THE SWEAT FROM YOUR FACE!!
