So today was a good day did my own training this morning at around 9am went for 60mins just some fitball and cardio/weights.. Had my shakes as normal snacked an apple had not much of an appetite.. Had some spag bowl bake for dinner and leafy greens
was yummy! But had half of my normal serve.. Haven't had any bad side effects and I don't experience a dry mouth as bad as others mention.. Sometimes I don't think I'm drinking enough water!
which is scary, anyone have tips on how to remember to take water.. Like the 2ltrs that are meant a day?
Was almost tempted to weigh myself but I will save it for Friday
