Today has been ok. Suprise suprise! I actually resisted the urge to eat junk at midnight when I couldn't sleep
So far this really has been a mental reset for me, old habits clearly die hard.
I probably shouldn't be weighing myself at every opportunity because I was really despondent this morning when I hopped on the scale and saw I was back up to 91.8.... happily though I've dropped back down to 91 this evening - fully clothed!
Which brings me to my current worry, my belly is pretty fucked up to put it mildly. Stretchmarks all over the place topped of with a really sexy wrinkly look... how are all of you managing the loose skin factor? Exercise? Moisturising? If anyone has a fool proof, or crackpot idea on how to manage it - I'm all ears, beggars can't be choosers after all....
