So almost done with my first month on D. I feel good, I haven't been going to gym but eating right is my priority. I think after being on D the most important thing that will help me continue to loose weight is having the right eating habits.
So.... On day 29 I weighed myself
Starting weight: 119kg
Current weight: 115kg
Total weight loss: 4kg in 29 days.
My short term goal is to get below 110kg in the next month.
