After half an hour on the dreadmill I decided it was time to take some measurements.
BUST = 112cm / 44"
WAIST = 108cm / 42.5"
HIPS = 123.5cm / 48.5"
THIGH = 74.5cm / 29"
Whoa Nellie.
In the interests of accurate record-keeping (heh) I also weighed myself. I'm 89.8kg! Lost 2.7kg in three days - wow! Of course, that means my measurements at 92.5kg were probably a shade bigger than those above, but I think my OCD can cope.
On the issue of side effects, I. Cannot. Sleep. But I knew that would happen, having experienced, ahem, drugs of this type before, plus I've never been the greatest sleeper. So I don't mind the insomnia that much.
I have the dry mouth and constant thirst, but on the plus side at least I'm downing heaps of water.
So far, during the morning I'm alert and focused. Come lunchtime I feel spacey and shaky for an hour or so, then an hour of that dull, fatigued comedown feeling, then back to alert. Hit another wave of tiredness in the evening, usually after I've been on the dreadmill though so that could have something to do with it. Come bedtime my mind won't shut off and I'm thirsty so I drink even more water then I need to pee which wakes me up even more ... vicious circle.
The worst bit, though, is the headaches. I'm prone to migraines so that's kind of sucky. In fact just now I had to take a migraine reliever pill because the pain was getting too much to handle. I'm gonna go lie on the bed for a while, probably to stare at the ceiling.
Can't promise I won't spam you again today.
