5.00am i had duromine slept very well during the night. I feel very energetic and motivated after noticing that my stomach is a little smaller than usual. I'm feeling confident yay me i looooove duromine
had a cup of lite milk
experiencing flushes thirst and weekness by 1.00 so i ate a half cup of yoghurt greek style sour and around....probably 4 spoons of meat and chickpeas with bread stick dip
