Day 3-duromine
Well I am happy to report that I have lost some weight.
Starting weight:102.9kg
Day 3: 101.8kg
Loss: 1.1kg
I am feeling really great and extra motivated to put in the extra effort. I had a decent nights sleep last night. Was tempted not to take my lyrica but the back pain was too much so figured I needed the pain relief more.
