very dry mouth and feeling quiet spaced out at times 
have also been feeling a little sick in the tummy after I take the D in the morning about and hour after. overall I feel ok but have found myself trying to avoid social situations as I just don't feel quiet rite lol a little foggy I guess you would call it. my thoughts where tending to runaway from me on Day1 and 2 and I was forgetting stuff rite after I thought it!!! Not sure what that's all about hoping for a better day today with all that have been keeping the fluids up about 2.5l of water a day no real exercise to speak of so far. starting weight is 100kg need to get down to about 70kg for my height
