hi guys !! So its only my third day taking duromine, no physical change yet - i think reading into too many articles online about people losing a couple kgs in the first week gave me higher expectations LOL. I'm feeling alot more motivated tho already, first night on duromine i didnt sleep at all!! not sure if that was a side effect or the fact that i had a 3 hour nana nap during the dad.. Other than that i've had no significant side effects that i've noticed as of yet.. my appetite has near gone! i find im not really hungry, but i've been making sure i eat 3 meals a day! and have a light dinner but big lunch.. as fair as excercise goes, ive still been doing my daily 7k walk, as i work alot so its hard to get out and about or do as much as id like to, but im still eager as hell to get this kilos off !!
