Day 3!

Heyo!
Whoop! Made it to day 3! Been consistently eating well & today I did a workout! I know I almost passed out from shock (& you know, no breath because my fitness levels are ZILTCH).

I’m not fasting, but focussing on 3 meals a day, I usually have-

Breakfast- Porridge
Lunch- bulk kale salad (plenty of protein) or low carb wrap.

Dinner- whatever but healthier choices & smaller portions

I try really hard to get my protein & fiber in. I quite like the Glucose Revolution way of eating, it really helps my cravings.

I did a 22min Grow with Jo workout (I have the app, but YouTube has so many workouts on f hers too). I’m 33 this year, so really want to focus of more muscle building workouts.

It’s so funny, because it’s not like after being healthier for 3 days means I’ve lost all this weight, but I feel so much better about myself anyway. I used to drink wine like a fish (really, I had a problem) so not doing that, hard as it is, helps too. My sleeps just so much better!

Anyway, let me know what y’all are doing (diet wise, exercise wise) & let’s motivate each other to keeping on this!!
