So, I weighed in on Day 2 and 3 with no change to my weight. I was a teeeeny bit disappointed but I knew that I had done/was doing all the right things.
This morning, Day 4, I had resolved not to weigh as I usually lose motivation if I don't see any loss for too long and then it's all over. Then, I realised that THIS TIME IS DIFFERENT TO ALL THE REST and weighed. I was really pleased to see a 1.2kg loss! Whilst that may not seem a lot really, when you think about it, it is a lot of weight. Picking up a bag of flour when I came in the kitchen, I realised that. I know, it is probably fluid blah, blah, blah... but it is 1.2kg! Bring on Friday and the end of Week 1.
