Day 4 cont'd

Sooo just chilled out at home today did house work (with 3 kids and 1 grown man housework never ends) lol I did a home workout around 10am went for an hour worked up a sweat half mastered a full 1 minute PLANK! Lol

When I finished my workout I continued cleaning and I mean I threw out 5 bags of toys and stuff to charity! Lol I also cleaned out my pantry and fridge.. Threw out ALL processed and bad foods!!
It felt good actually to rid the house of these foods I felt refreshed!

My new house rule
" if it's ready made.. In a packet or jar don't eat it"

All sauces and recipes will be made with fresh ingredients :)
I love to cook so I will enjoy this side of it :)

Also my daughter decided she wants coco pop bars , muesli bars and vegemite and cheese scrolls also fruit salad kebabs for lunch and we are making them (from scratch with healthy options) on Sunday all ready for the week :) this may be a new time for us to share which I'm loving :,)

I paid for my treadmill today it will be here on Saturday!! YAY!!

Also weigh in is tomorrow I'm excited to see if the scales are going to be kind!! Lol
