Wow the end of day 4 is coming to a close. Day 2 & 3 was pretty much the same which is why I have decided not to blog. So far everything seems to go ok & like most of us I seem to get a burst of energy early to mid morning. I certainly don't waste any time and whilst I am feeling energised in those few hours, I find myself cleaning the house from top to bottom. By the end of it I am sweating like a pig. If I get a big energy buzz which happened on day 2 - I will do a 40 - 60 min gym session after doing my chores . I act as though I can't keep still and just want to use up every bit of energy.
Water intake - prior to taking duromine I would normally drink 1-2L a day, however this has since doubled 2-4L & most likely due to dry mouth. Another bonus I have found is the lack of appetite. I am really happy with my diet and have made a number of changes to also assist with my weight loss. I am finding that majority of the time I am not hungry but I eat to avoid the body going into starvation mode. My meals are smaller than usual and most times I'm not able to finish it. However if later in the day I do get hungry than I would have a piece of fruit or a small handful of nuts. I'm wondering how other's are going with this?
The only downfall at the moment is lack of sleep. I am lucky to get 3-4 hours of sleep. Surely at some point it will settle because I certainly need it. Not sure what else to do yikes!!
