Well woke with a headache 5am hope these stop soon.Had no headache when i went to bed last night.Got on the scales this morning lost 2.3kg already and ny body is feeling better.Blood pressure was down this morning was happy about that as it was high well still is ill keep an eye on it. I Got on the tready 3 tinrs yesterday total 90mins going to do the same today.
