I haven't touched a scale yet but i can feel the difference already...my body is a bit lighter than before. And lol for some weird reason i enjoy water.
Ooooh, that is a nice feeling! Congrats! And definitely congrats on enjoying the water - right on time! =) Did you change your eating or activity levels? What is your plan, if you don’t mind sharing? Have a great weekend!

Hi there! How did your weekend go? You see, it might be difficult to eat anything at all during the first week. During week 2, however, I would advise you to opt for having at least 3 main meals. Yes, they can be small, yet should include all the necessary things, like proteins, fats, carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins and minerals. I am sure that you want a long-lasting result, and not just a quick fix and further weight gain, when you discontinue Duromine. So take care of developing healthy eating habits. Do you exercise?

Very very good!!! Congratulations on the weight loss and I am so happy to hear that you slowy start eating better. Exercising will surely help you improve your physical condition and promote weight loss. =) Really happy for you! Fitting in pre-pregnancy clothes is an amazing achievement! And you did it so fast! Keep it up! And dno’t forget that your main task is to develop healthy eating and exercising habits that you will be able to stick to after finishing Duromine and avoid weight regain =)
