Day 4 (29/06/18)
Suprise suprise, its the exact same as day 3.
No side effects, other then i found myself sweating like i had been on a 10km jog but i was only vacuuming.
Tmi, but im a little backed up. Im trying to drink 2lts of water a day, but to much water makes me feel ill so im doing 1.5-1.7ltrs and will try to drink as much as i can!
Total calories: 800
I only lost 400g and whilst that is still fantastic, i i think once i have successfully been to the toilet my loss will drop dramatically again

Bringing me to 3.2kg lost in 4 days! Absolutely loving it. I know most of it is water weight, but still puts me back down to lower then i started last year!!
Going to 100 years of Disney on ice tonight with my 4 year old. Hoping to either wait it out for food or find a low calorie option. I feel its way to early to break this healthy eating!!
