A couple of days ago I posted a whiney entry about all the things I can't/don't do because I'm fat, so I thought it would be good to set some goals so I can reward myself with some of those things. Might update this, just a brain dump right now.
I’m hoping Mini goal 3 will coincide approximately with the end of my 3 months on Duromine, so it’d be both a reward and an incentive.
I might switch up some of the rewards as I approach each weight goal, but this is just to give me something to aim for.
Going well today. Sleeping has improved, if only marginally. Appetite has increased slightly since the first couple of days, but I still have no trouble turning down food or pushing my plate away. Went out for lunch today, ordered a Thai beef salad and left half of it.
Looking forward to my first official weigh-in, haha.
- Mini goal 1: 85kg (7.5kg lost) - Reward: Pat on the back
- Mini goal 2: 80kg (12.5kg lost) - Reward: Pedicure
- Mini goal 3: 75kg (17.5kg lost) - Reward: Gym membership
- Mini goal 4: 70kg (22.5kg lost) - Reward: Massage
- Mini goal 5: 65kg (27.5kg lost) - Reward: New hair
- Mini goal 6: 60kg (32.5kg lost) - Reward: New shoes
- Final goal: 58.5kg (34kg lost) - Reward - Eyebrow tattoo
