I've been on the dreadmill every day since I started Duro, walking at a brisk pace for 30-45 minutes. I'm noticing the difference in my fitness already. I actually jogged up a flight of stairs yesterday - of course I made sure I was alone, lol. Who wants to see the fatty jiggling all the way up the stairs and then fist pumping when she makes it without passing out?
Sleeping is still not great, constipation has gone away, appetite still minimal.
I do keep looking at myself and thinking 'how the hell did I let myself get this way' and 'oh god soooo much to lose' but a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step, right? It took a few years to get to this point - I can hardly expect to get back down to my ideal weight in a couple of months.
Weigh in tomorrow morning. I'll update then.
