I'm loving this so much.
For a week I have changed my eating plan. I feel the difference and I see the difference. I feel good.
So at 7am my son took a walk with me... we did a 2km brisk walk. Was hectic but felt good.
Came home and spring cleaned the house, moved everything around.
By 4pm I had a headache, realised then I missed lunch. Had yoghurt and that seemed to get me back on track.
I thought this weekend that passed would have been hard. It was my son's birthday. He had a braai, and some friends over. Drinks where flowing, snacks and cakes where flowing and I wasn't tempted once.
I still haven't weighed in but will be doing that in the morning...
Will post as soon as I have weighed in...

Second day and again we went for a walk this time a bit further.. and I feel great.
Got home and got on the scale...I'm so happy..

Weighed in at 114.0

I am saying in a week 3.5kg...
I have not starved myself... In fact I have eaten more than I normally do.. maybe it just feels this way as I am monitoring my intake...
