A week today and I'm feeling great. I have stuck to healthy eating all wk and have walked 4kms everyday. I haven't noticed any weight loss and i don't like to stand on scales so don't know how my weight is going. I'm looking forward to the week ahead as I am joining the gym on Monday and I see a dietian on Thursday to help me with the food so i am anxious to see what I have recorded this week will be similar to what they recommend. My headaches stopped after 3days and still occasionally get thirsty but not as bad. I only have a month prescription so I feel the pressure is on
and already a wk down.
