I finally slept past 4am!!! Yesterday I was asleep until just past 6am and the same today!!! I noticed mid afternoon I was hitting a wall I felt horrible, so I decided to start logging my food on MFP (I hate counting calories) and discovered I'm barely hitting 1000 calories and burning from 350 - 400 calories walking at the gym. So that explained that and I know what I need to do fix the problem but it's so hard to eat right now. My goal is to eat 1200 calories, Each week I'll add 100 calories until I get to my BMR of 1600. I do not want the weight coming back so I need to do this properly.
Weigh in is Monday and I'm very excited, honestly any loss is a success. Some days I do become overwhelmed and I need to make myself focus on the small goals. For example like let's just focus on the next 2 kilos and take it from there. That I know I can do and seems a lot more doable.
I'm still crashing about 3pm and there's a dull pain in my stomach, any ideas?
Food intake for today;
Breakfast: Porridge
Lunch: Ham and cheese sandwich and 1 banana
Dinner: Beef goulash with rice
