Day Four Complete

Day four started with a bang... at 4.30am I was wide awake half an hour before I would usually get up. Anyway, got up as wasn't tired at that point either and started my morning's routine.

I seem to quite like my yoghurt and musli for breakfast each morning as I keep having it. I think it is a pretty good start to the day.

Lunch was a small beef croquette which was a nice treat and I avoided all the other temptations at the cafe whilst I was having a meeting.

snacks - had to remind myself to do this. I had 30 gm of whole almonds which I munched on through the day

Dinner was a plate full of veges with a dash of gravy again.

I couldn't resist weighing in... seems so ridiculous after just four days.. but I was very pleasantly surprised. A loss of 2.1kgs in just 3 full days and the morning of the fourth day... WOW. So I am going to hold off weighing in until Friday now and that will be my full weight for this week. Even if I do not lose anymore weight - I can honestly say I am happy with the 2.1kg as it has not been difficult unlike other methods of weight loss where I give up because it is too difficult and miserable! So with a bit of luck some more lost for Friday.
