sleep: went to bed slightly later than usual and had a decent sleep.
food: chicken bahn mi, latte, apple, chicken noodle soup (I wasn't feeling 100%, cramps up to the wazoo!)
mood: quite low, it is my 1st day of my period so it's not unusual.

exercise: 60 mins body pump class (I did really light weights cos' it was my first class in a long time)
I'm struggling with eating and eating well. I'll have to prepare lunches for work next week and I'm procrastinating. I might make a one-dish item and eat the same thing for a couple days straight.
