Day twenty one on Duramine (metermine) 40mgs-
All round crappy day to be honest, woke at 6am. Took tablet and had a mandarin for breakfast, arrived at playgroup venue only to leave my son with his father and rush off to help my pregnant sister in law who had errands to run and a 4yo projectile vomitting. Fun. Went to doctors found out belly wound is infected, got lecture on the merits of not overdoing things.. Went food shopping ate half a stick of kabana and on returning home cooked tempura chicken nuggets and chips for tea. Ate 7 chicken nuggets. After putting lil man to bed i ate 2 more then had a yoghurt.. Its the first time iv eaten after tea in 20 plus days. Hello dumbarse, yup that'd be me
drank 2 litres of water, walked for atleast an hour. Sad now, going to bed.
