Had great night's sleep, did wonder if I would considering I sleep for two hrs yesterday am when I was unwell. Was ravenous for my dinner but then didn't snack but still hungry. The D really helps with cravings. Last night just before bed stood up and felt dizzy, had tiny slice of quiche to get some sugar and felt fine.
Yesterday ate med porridge for brunch, apple for lunch and quiche and bean salad for dinner. Said no to beer with hubby outside. This am weighed myself and was 92. I thought I had lost but has remained the same. It is phenomenal that in 4 days I have lost 3.4kgs. All I ever wanted was someone to say "this plan works, here's the absolute proof" and I would have followed it. I just wanted help and when my doc asked me a few questions, took my bp and then offered me Duromine I was over the moon. I am determined.
