#Get IT Right...Get it Tight.....

I've started my 15 days ago with Duromine 30mg, at 1st I thought I was going to have crazeee mood swings....not at all to my surprise. I started @ 98kilos lost 3 this far...without any real plan. So I'll now within the next 15 days adding more citrus fruits, good fats and proteins and some broccoli, kale, and chicken broth. It's winter in South Africa so a whole lotta soup and citrus fruits would be great and lots of water...keeping hydrated is very Important. ..#,wish me luck...

Hey Lannice! Congrats on your first weight loss results! Good on you for making an eating plan. Hope you will do your best to stick to it, and it will bring some great results. Did you think of introducing exercises, as well? Take the most out of Duromine, push it, and the results won’t be long in coming. Best of luck!!!

Hey! Im from SA as well. I dont do well with the cold so struggeling to exercise (but I have the flu anyway). Only started D this week. Goodluck!
