First day today on Duromine. Weight 101kg. Hope to eventually reach 80kg. Fingers crossed. No side effects early on, hoping it stays like this. My heaviest weight was 104kg about a month ago, giving up soft drink and starting at the Gym has dropped that 3kg but I am hoping this journey kick starts the rest of my life. I have always been on the heavy side but am fortunately still very active, even at 101kg. It isn't until I saw photos of myself that I realised my weight was out of control. And so my journey begins.
