Day 3 and feeling really good. This is the first time in my life that I have not been obsessed with food. I eat, but I am in no way hungry and constantly thinking about it. When I do eat I am really satisfied, this is a first also as I am usually never content or full when I eat. Dry mouth and less sleep than normal are the only things I have noticed, I am hoping it stays this way through the journey. Needing less sleep is really a benefit when I get up at 5am to go to the gym in the morning and dry mouth just reminds me to drink more water. Not game to weigh myself yet, will do that next Monday. So far so good.
