My doctor prescribed me Duromine to help me lose some wieght that I've steadily put on over the last few years. Due to a reoccurring back injury I have been unable to do much exercise and have turned to food for comfort. It's seen me go from a healthy 32 inch waist to just about squeezing into a 36 inch waist. For anyone interested in my height, I am 5'11". Even though people tell me I look fine, my BMI indicates I'm obese and I'm not happy with my appearance. I've lost my confidence and it has caused some depression. I had ordered Duromine online and got sent something that was not Duromine and didn't work at all, it was a complete waste of money.
I started taking 30mg Duromine tablets 4 days ago, I haven't had any bad side effects. My mouth is dry and I'm constantly thirsty but apart from that I'm feeling normal. It is definatly suppressing my appetite which is usually huge. I have breakfast and then even if I don't eat lunch I won't be hungry until about 6pm. I'm eating healthy and have cut out bread, cheese, sugar, and all processed junk foods. I am still having an occasional glass of wine or champagne so I can still socialize and enjoy this experience.
As I am hoping to lose over 20 kilos I'm not sure how long I'll need to be taking Duromine, but I will post weekly weigh in results on here.
30/12/15 - 102 kilos (16st 0.8lb)
