I JUST HAD TO SHARE !!!!

Soooo today is weigh in day ...GOT ON THE SCALE...could not look down, I was terrified I had not lost much because I have not been eating all my calories , but to my surprise I have lost 1.7kg this week, for me this is a huge achievement, because I have not left out carbs in my diet, I am eating of all food groups, no illuminations, no gluten only , no cardio, only stretching {pilates }exercise, so for now I am over the moon with my weight loss, week 1 I lost 1.2 .week 2 1.7...So once I START TO EAT BREKKIE early, and lunch and a small dinner, with some cardio involved, I think I am going to keep losing this way ,CONSISTENTLY ,I also think once I DO cardio I will be more hungry and will want brekkie by then ,any way, just had to share with you all, may week 3 be a gr8 one ...HAVE A GR8 WEEKEND EVERYONE WHEREVER YOU ARE ON THE GLOBE, MAY YOUR SUCCESS GROW IN LEAPS AND BOUNDS ,we can do this ,I know we can ....
