I started duromine 19 days ago. I have not checked my weight im scared i might be diaapointed. Im feeling light thou. I take my tablet @6am with a glass if water. I eat all bran or wheatbix with fat free milk in the morning about 9:30-10:00am. Then drink water about 1.5l and have fruits mostly if i run out i have veggies. Later when i get home i drink more water and eat veggies and meat. Rarely i have rice. So far i have not had any side effects. Im just fine. Weekends are difficult when you are at home with family.
When i started i was 123kg. If all goes welk i want to loose 50kg im not sure if that possible. Are there any tips? at the moment i have not started with gym msybe after loosing about 15 i will try. My body is heavy since im short.
