Hi everyone so I'm back in the swing of things had my duromine at 8am yesterday morning had a great day got back into training gained a little over a kilo on my time off which was only 4 days but that's ok I knew I was being naughty and I forgave myself now I'm back in! Have decided to sacrifice my social life (well my nights out) to get to my goal I'm staying positive with this!! Anyone that knows me knows I love socialising with a few beverages but that's something that will have to be put on hold as when I decided to change my lifestyle that is part of it and also had a good sleep last night only had a little bacon for breaky and chicken and veg for dinner also a vegemite sandwich this morning I woke at 5am (couldn't sleep ) so got up had some Metamucil and my tablet at 6 and am now writing up my workouts for this week also getting some music playlists together am buying a treadmill this Friday I am quiet excited ))
