went to the doc and got another prescription of Duromine last Friday, I weighed 90.1kgs(home scales)
I weighed myself after my shower thismorning and I was 88.1kgs (Naked)
so now im going to stay away from the scales until day 7, today im on my second day, slighly headachy but feeling great
