Todays weigh in: 77.4kg.
2.4 kgs to reach GW1.
I think I am finally starting to get a side effect, DRY MOUTH!
I can't imagine anything more annoying then having dry mouth. I have already consumed 1.2L of water this morning and I am not looking forward to the side effect.
I was able to sleep longer last night. Even though I continuously woke up. It was still the sleep I needed. I like to listen to rain and thunder on youtube. It puts me right to sleep. Im feeling a bit better than good today. Im starting to look forward to exercising because I know I'm closer to my goal than yesterday.
Im not sure if I'm crazy or not, but i think I'm actually starting to notice the cellulite getting smaller on my legs. Thats my biggest insecurity.
I am so excited for the end results after 30 days. I am really hoping I will be able to reach my goal, in a dangerously short amount of time. I mean is it even possible to lose 15 - 20kg in a month. I don't want to run the risk of gaining it all back plus more.
Im disappointed in myself for making poor choices in the health and fitness department for so many years, but I am also so proud that I have made it to 4 days with what I would call a success so far!
My true objective by the end of this is to motivated others and myself as well as being able to love myself. Its a journey I'm will to take.
