So here I am a Blogger! woohoo
So I'm doing something I always said I WOULD NEVER DO........Duromine....why ...I don't know, I always thought it was some type of speed..
I have started a program at the doctors ( Living Lite Program ) as I've done it all.....
Weight Watchers
Jenny Craig
Body Trim
Gyms
On My Own
Weight Watchers
Jenny Craig
Metabolic Precision
and Weight Watchers AGAIN
Obviously nothing worked for me , so a friend did the Living Lite program and lost 13 kilos in 12 weeks ( with no Duromine )
So anyway I need help, so today is my OFFICIAL first day on Duromine, I am taking Duromine 15mg for 7 days ( a sample pack ) and the Dr will assess me next week and see whether or not I go up to 30mg but I'm personally not interested in going any higher than that.
So far the only effect I have had is slight Dry mouth which I don't mind as I am hopeless at drinking anything during the day let alone water and so far I have drank 1.5 litres of Water , that's a good thing right....cannot stop peeing though guess that will settle down.
Not to concerned about not sleeping as I already suffer from insomnia so it can't get any worse ( if theres an upside )
So my start weight is 87 kilo's and I'm 159cm short.
I am doing this for the next 12 weeks so hopefully you can come onn this journey with me, I am at an age now where excuse's no longer work and if I don't make a concerted effort my health will spiral out of control ( health is being affected now )
When you see yourself in photos and are mortified it is time to change......
So this will be my online diary to keep me in check with what I am doing, I'd love your inspiration as well.

Hi juzi... Welcome to the forum :) I have been on Duromine 15mg for 8 weeks I am in my 9 week .. I had 1 week off D as I was sick... All I can say is it's working for me ...I have lost 11.8 kgs and my weigh in day is tomorrow hoping to have a loss this week as I started my exercise program..;) All I can say is stay focused stay strong forgive yourself if you have a bad day after all we are human... I find the Duromine keeps me motivated and on track ..which is truly amazing .. If I want something sweet I have a light hot chocolate with skim milk is less calories than a choc bar ... Have a great week :)
