Note for myself: Drank quite a few bottles of water today ... ate six small crackers with low fat cream cheese for lunch AGAIN and a cuppa coffee (again) and for supper six small crackers with low fat cream cheese (AGAIN) with a cuppa coffee (again)- also taken my multi-vitamins.
Not going to live of crackers and coffee the whole time ...
