Day 7. Took my last 15mg Duromine pill today before I start on 30mg.
SW (Monday 9th) - 120kg
Weighed in this morning : 116.5kg.
So a loss of 3.5kg for week one.
Pretty good, I’ll be stoked with atleast 1kg a week. Trying to not compare myself with others. Will be interested in seeing how much I lose by July 1st.
No real bad side effects, just a dry mouth.
Excited for the future.
