My first post! HELP!! Gym, shakes, food, night shift, scared

Hey guys,
I'm 22 with a BMI of 50 something. I have over 50-60kg I need to lose

I have tried EVERYTHING. This is the last resort before I give up and get lap ban.

How long does it take to kick in? I'm on day4 I'm not feeling many side effects just a bit jittery and less hungry but I still feel I need self control... I wish I could feel sick at the sight of food but no, I'm still hungry!
I ate about 1300 cals today but that includes night shift.

Anyone else ever do night shift? How do you manage with food and what time do you take the pill?

Can people share what they eat, I'm doing tony ferguson as well so wondering if 2 shakes plus 2 meals a day is good ?
I'm starting at the gym this week so some tips for that too?

I'm so scared of failing again I wana succeed so bad.
