Week 1

SW- 90kg
CW- 84.5kg
GW- 70 kg

Just thought I would share the exciting news that I have lost 5.5kg in a week.

Breakfast - 1 boiled Egg
Snack- No Fat, No Added Sugar yoghurt
Lunch- Tin of tuna
Snack- carrot
Dinner- Steamed Green Vegies and grilled Chicken


I don't go to the gym or go walking I do all my exercises at home off YouTube.
