I've had a few issues with Duromine. When I started the 15 mg tablets last year I had ended up with breathing problems. Stopped and restarted again and same thing and then stopped a couple of weeks and tried again and it was fine. Then went onto the 30 mg. Major headaches. Taking panadol 3-4 times a day inspite of drinking 3+ litres of water a day. So stopped. Of course the weight did nothing but just sit there or go up. So after 3 months I decided to get out the packet of 30 mgs and try again. No headaches. This is week 2.
Last week I walked 4 times x 30 minutes. A-N-D lost 2.5 kg when I got on the scales on Monday. We (Husband and I) were in Townsville Monday for a Doctor's appointment. While I was there I dropped into a Chemist and decided I would get the last prescription I had filled and went home with another packet! Apart of a little dry mouth no headaches and no issues.
I find Duromine helps me crave less. I seem to have a more level head and struggle less with wanting to binge or eat high sugary food. I know it's not one of it's "what it does for you" things, but it does that for me. Now onto week 2 and expecting a repeat. Walked this morning and added an extra .4 km to the distance I walked last week.
SW - 94.2 kg
CW - 91.7 kg
GW - 67.0 kg
TOTAL LOST: 2.5 kg
