Well here I am at Day 1 for a second attempt to reboot my weight and fitness goals.
Fourteen months have zoomed by since I began my first journey with Duramine. I achieved a loss of eighteen kilos from August through to late December last year. I stopped the Duramine because I could no longer afford it. Though I'm pleased to say I maintained my new weight and I reached my goal of looking and feeling fantastic by the time my fortieth birthday rolled around in May of this year!
Since then my old habits returned with a vengeance, confidence slipped and food became a comforting mechanism. A combination of things in which I allowed more and more regularly to get the best of me, has led me to finally fill the script I've had pinned to my refrigerator for the last six months!
Having gained ten kilos back I am ready again to get back on the proverbial horse and sort myself out once and for all. We all have weaknesses and recognising those is the first step. Discovering our strengths however is somewhat of a challenge and I look forward to facing that challenge head on.
SW: 98.8kg
GW: 80kg
