I am 25 years old and my starting weight was 63kg , before you start judging i am very short so this amount of weight is really affecting me.
On tuesday 22 September 2015 i started Duromine 30g at 7am in the morning its Thursday today and its my 3rd day and have lost 2kg i exercise for an hour in the morning,afternoon and at 7pm before supper..(an hour for each session)i do indoor cycling and sit ups and i walk to and from work .....my goal weight is 50kg or atleast 45kg
I have cut off sugar,rice ,maize and bread from my diet and drinking lots of water.......
I know its not quick fix and that when i reach my goal and not using Duromine i have to still eat healthy and exercise in order for me to maintain my weight
