OK. Weighed in this morning to find that I'm only a measly 200g down. So it goes like this . . .
Week 1 - lose 2.1kg
Week 2 - lose nothing
Week 3 - lose 200g.
Aside from NYE where I fell off the wagon, I have been so good with my food and exercise this week so I can't work it out. I felt like I'd lost a fair bit this week but it didn't show on the scales![Frown :( :(](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
Begining to wonder whether it's all worth it. The only thing keeping me half going is that I got my womanlies yesterday and perhaps that's why I haven't shown a good loss.
