Time to restart and take it to the next level..

Hi All, it’s the 3rd day for me on 30mg, I currently weigh 130kg and I am 163cm tall. My 1st mini goal is to lose 10% of my body weight which is 13kg. I will adjust my goals as I go on as I want 2 start with small goals. For starters I just want to get my diet under control first before I start a workout regimen. Please wish me luck, 1st weigh in on 6/12/2014

You can do this, small goals are the best to start with.

Sounds like you are on the right path.
Small goals are great. As many as possible, I say. Every 5, 10 kilos. 10%. Every landmark weight (for me that is anything ending in 0, 110, 100...) BMI goals etc...
I also believe in tackling one thing at a time as well. No point trying to do everything at once. You are bound to fail that way. It is way to overwhelming. I started with portion sizes, doing lite n easy and then went on to doing it myself, then calorie counting, then drinking more water, then moving more, then increasing my movement goals so that I had to exercise every day.
I only added another thing when I had the previous one sorted. It took a while but those habits are now cemented in. If I start to waver I take a step back and continue on.

Welcome to the forum congratulations for taking the first step of your journey your not alone we all started at the same place;). the forum is a fantastic source of information & most of all support when you need it:) I like your motivation, when I first stared I focused on getting my food intake under control & then started my exercise plan weeks later, one step at a time was best for me and it has definitely worked:) wishing you a lighter scale have a great week :)
