Sorry all I stopped Jenny Craig it was horrible eating so much food ! I also stopped duromine because of an injury , I gained weight back also 
but I have been back on 40mg for 4 days started at 103kg weighed myself today and I'm 99kg so I've lost 4 kgs in 4 days , cut out all sugar and replaced with sugarine and almost cut out all carbs. Feeling good ! Ill do a post every week with measurements & weights
