Week 19 - OOPS

So I forgot to weigh in this morning until AFTER I had exercised, had breakfast, a litre of water and was wet from the shower. :confused:
Result was a gain of 0.2 kg. will update tomorrow with the 'real' result.
Not terribly upset with that though.

HAHA! OOPS I DID IT AGAIN!

I really need to get my head on straight.
I woke up and hopped on the treadmill. Was chugging into my water and realised that I had forgotten to weigh .... AGAIN!
I am in such a routine of getting up at 5:45 and getting on the treadmill for an hour before the house wakes, that I keep forgetting.
Oh well. Weighed after my workout (not ideal) and the scales are saying 93.4. Down a fraction from last week. I will cool down and weigh again in half an hour.
If I forget tomorrow again, I will just have to use todays figures.

**UPDATE**
After cool down weight: 93.2. Half a kilo down from last week.
