Week 20 - At a stand still

The last couple of weeks have shown hardly any movement on the scales.
It is definitely time for a shake up.
I have been a little complacent and being very slack. Letting things slip through and not sticking to my calorie allowance as diligently as I should.
Having a break from the D will mean I have to be super focused and when I return I should feel the effects more (I hope).
This week I only had a 0.1 kg loss. I am now 94.3 kg. It is excruciatingly slow going.
Big effort this week to hopefully make up for the poor effort the past couple.

I can so relate to the slow process. I think sometimes we really are too hard on our bodies and ourselves, because we doing, what we believe is good for our bodies, does not always mean our bodies feel good about what we doing to it ..sometimes our bodies need a break just like we do mentally ... Being off D the next two weeks might just be the right thing your body needs right now, may you be 92 kg soon, and feeling strong, positive and not so tired.It will happen unfortunately, D gives us that Edge BUT loads of veg, fruit, and water, and a driven mind will power you on !!, especially when u dog tired, eat them apples in the day, or a banana or what ever fruit "peps" you up girl ..you will also sleep more, hahaha ,but that is a good thing as your body will need that energy, just keep going dear friend, no matter how crappy a day you have , just keep going ... results always prevail in the end, cannot wait to be at 92 with you , eventually , will keep looking to see you daily posts on how you progressing over these next two weeks, we here for you always , good days and bad ones, remember that Smick .. .. :)

Please keep going, Smick! You are strong, no matter what the scales show you. It is slow now, I know, but you will be still losing weight, that's for sure, because there's no way back! Healthy choices and physical activity simply cannot be bad for us, right?)) So, take this time and rest and sleep more and feel more positive no matter what. Enjoy your life!
