So here Iam week 3 wahoo! I made it! I have lost 800 grams this week which is better than a gain, I have been really good so its a bit disapointing that it isnt more. They say it takes 3 weeks to form a habit so hopefully this will stick I often get to this stage in a diet and become lax for a few days and before I know it Im off the wagon and back to square one! NOT THIS TIME! Im thinking of increasing the duromine to 30mg instead of the 15mg maybe it will give me that little extra help to curb my appetite a bit more? anyways thats my progress good luck out there!
