WEEK 3 WEIGH IN

Hey guys, ive been lazy with posting on here lately but i feel like i should update as this week i'll have to go back to my doctor for a new script.
My actual date for this was 15/4/17, i always weigh in on saturdays so im a bit late writing on here.

-1.9 kg for week 3!!!!

So thats a total of -4.3 kg since duromine but before that i did a 2 day detox. My original weight was 87.8 and then after detox i went to 86 and currently im 81.7.

So ive lost -6.1 kgs in a month!!!!

I havent been exercising much as ive been working alot so im going to try to do more exercise with the next month to boost myself up!

Also ive lost;
2cm from my neck
2cm from my shoulders
5cm from my waist
9 cm from my hips
My thighs and knees are the same
6cm from my bum

So im feeling good about myself and also excited coz im going to bali on the 7th of may so im hoping ill loose more when i go as ill sweat alot more then being home.

The 7th is a sunday so ill update everyone before i leave and ill do my normal saturday weigh in when i come back.

Hi Emily! Glad you found some time to update us all on your successes. Well done! BRAVO! The weight loss is marvelous, and of course, the measurements also show quite positive dynamics. Yep! adding exercises will certainly help you out. Besides, you are losing quite well in your circumferences and exercises will also do well for your skin.

When you go to Bali (congrats on that!) and you will sweat a lot more, please don’t forget to hydrate yourself more, as well. You need a good water balance to keep losing weight. besides, dehydration is never good when you’re on Duromine. Looking forward to your next update and wish you some great time in Bali!!!

Thank you! Of course i will be drinking more water but gonna be hard to remember to drink

Hi Emily, glad for you!
Speaking of water, I had the same problem, but I used a special app, it reminded me about water every two hours (you can set your desired time). Works just as well as myfitness pal - it calculates the amount of water you need throughout the day based on your details.
