Week 2 - 0.8 kg gain dooh, holidays! (Waist - 2cm loss)
Week 3 - 2.0 kg loss (Waist - 1cm loss)
Total Loss 3.0 kg (Waist 5cm loss)
Sleeping is still a little rough and drinking heaps of water, everything else is fine.

Fitness during the week - outdoor group fitness (mon) personal training gym (wed) indoor soccer (thurs) gym (sun). Tried for 13k steps per day but only averaged 10k, something to work on for this week....
