Week 1 - 1.9 kg loss (Waist - 2cm loss)
Week 2 - 0.8 kg gain dooh, holidays! (Waist - 2cm loss)
Week 3 - 2.0 kg loss (Waist - 1cm loss)
Total Loss 3.0 kg (Waist 5cm loss)

Sleeping is still a little rough and drinking heaps of water, everything else is fine.

Still logging my food & keeping my calorie intake to 1000 - 1200 cal with a blow out on Saturday :rolleyes:

Fitness during the week - outdoor group fitness (mon) personal training gym (wed) indoor soccer (thurs) gym (sun). Tried for 13k steps per day but only averaged 10k, something to work on for this week....

Not sure yet if I am going to stay on 15mg or ask Doc about 30mg :)
