Just updating , feeling great my pants are really big on me now and I lost weight this week as well. Keeping up my body pump class , I can notice I got firmer legs and arms and it makes me feel strong and great! But diet is also the main cause of weight loss it all comes what you eat when you eat it, portion size and stay away from sugar , even it's tasty and you crave it , its best to use it only when u crave it, like a square of dark chocolate or banana with melted chocolate something you like that will keep your sugar crave at bay. Don't overload yourself you will feel guilty, so that's why it's best to have a little treat . I am doing well here are my results.
SW:86.6
Week 1=84.7kg
Week 2 =83.8
Week 3 = 82.6 kg
Lost 4kg so far!
